Why do I bring this up? Well, I came home today for my mother to tell me a story she read online about the story of the "3 little pigs" being taken off the school curriculum as it may offend Muslims.
I reapeat, the "3 little pigs", you know, one straw house, one wooden house and one brick house. Little pigs, offend Muslims. How may you ask? Well, apparently, they offend Muslims because the "believe" they are dirty and "unholy".
FOR THE LOVE OF FUCK!
I really do doubt that ANY Muslim in this world would find a childs story about pigs offensive. Muslims aren't the problem here, it's people who think there is a problem. Until someone finds something offensive, leave it the fuck alone! I've read that a childs fantasy writer was told to change her story as her dragons breathed fire (no shit) as it glorified playing with fire to young children. OH COME ON!!
This world is totally sanitised in political correctness. I feel that this world is scared to say alot of things just because someone may be offended. Well, I don't know about you, but life would suck if you went day by day and found nothing to disagree or to be offended by.
I could go on, but I really would get tired of myself and would prob offend someone (oh noes!
)On a lighter note...
I got these a few days ago.
Yeah baby! Autobot and Decepticon patches for my leather jacket. One for each shoulder ofcourse. However, Gluing is not an option and I'm finding it rather hard to get someone in my area who can stitch patches onto leather for me. It's too hard for myself to do. I don't want to ruin my jacket, despite how cheap I got it for. It'll look deadly when it's done. I'll be sure to take pics.
I just watched that film Severance. It's actually much better than I thought it would be. I thought it would be a poor mans Shaun of the Dead. Far from it. It had comedy, sure, but it was much more a slasher movie than it was a comedy. Worth the watch.
Oh, and I'm on a total Megan Fox binge. She's the 2nd reason I love the 2007 live action Transformers movie so much (1st being the Transformers ofcourse)

That's me, I'm still quite pissed about the whole Political Correctness BULLSHIT!
Apart from that, all is well. New job is going fine and I should be back on track financially pretty soon.
