Keeping with the comic book theme. I have started reading the Ultimate X-men series.

Cyclops, Wolverine, Colossus, Beat, Storm, Iceman and Jean Grey (Marvel Girl).
I'm really enjoying reading it. It seems alot more, I don't know, serious, grown up, more my taste. Loving it, can't wait to read on.
I have plans to buy a couple of Iron Man graphic novels, he's taken my interest with this new movie due out soon.
So yeah, I had a pretty good last "unemployed weekend" off. Sarah (softparody) had her 21st birthday night out. Had a few drinks, good night, good laughs, good times.
Day after I treated myself to just over 50 worth of Graphic Novels, inc the Ultimate X-men above. Then I got my snitch tattoo!

Had my first day at my new job today. Not a huge amount to report. It was your typical first day at a new job. Meeting new people, introduction exercises to the other people and the job, tours of the building, questions and other various thing. I really do feel pretty good about the place. Like I can actually do something with my time here. Here's hoping.
