Yesterday we went to "brunch" with The1nOnly, because NopantsDave and TiffanyJewel cancelled on us.
Tomorrow is the inspections, where we find out what the current owner has to fix for us before we buy it from him. Or something like that. I have a pretty good feeling that there is minimal, if any, issues that will need to be delt with.
