Well, I do have something to update this week about after all!
Yesterday, after work I went to Three Rivers and hung out with TiffanyJewel!!!
We reason for going down there was to pick up my copy of the SG Book that I had ordered from her shop. When I got there, she was out back washing the book trailer. It was hot. The temperature, not watching Tiffany clean the trailer, you dirty minded people!!! I helped her break down some cardboard and wet back in and hung out in the store 'till she got off work. What a cool fucking book store she's got there! It's huge and had an awesome used selection. So, instead of walking out with just the SG book, over $40 later, I had in my possession The Trial by Franz Kafka, The Bottoms by Joe R. Lansdale and a signed first edition of Glamorama by Bret Easton Ellis!!!!
What a great haul!!!! I HIGHLY recommend to anyone of you if you are in the Three Rivers area to go check out Lowry's Books, it's right on Main Street and is simply awesome!
After she closed down the shop, we went to leave and her car wouldn't start. For some reason her battery died and I had to give her a jump. Good thing I had cables in my trunk!
We then proceeded to go to her place. There I met her cats. One, Lunar, was super friendly! A big sweetheart! The other, Gir, was not so friendly. He was scared to death of me and only wanted to run and hide. I even met her grandparent's dog, he peed on me.... Also, while I was there I got a sneak preview of her corset that she has been raving about! It's adorable! Wait 'till you see her in it at The Burlesque in Detroit. Yer gonna love it!!!
Next we went to a Chinese restaurant where we chatted about everything from dating shows to my hate and her love for sauerkraut to naked X!
I had a delicious Pinapple Chicken! Mmmm mmm good!
Then...we went and fed the Emu. Yes, that's right The Emu. See, Three Rivers has a park with an Emu in it. It also has goats, ducks, little horses and lots of geese. No, this isn't a zoo. It's a park. And quite a nice little park, I might add! It even had a little skate park. Now, when we got there, we were assulted by about 40 Canada Geese. See, we stopped at Meijer first and bought a loaf of bread before we got there. The geese were eating it right out of our hands! and followed us around most of the park. And yes, we fed the horses, chickens, goats and The Emu...even though we weren't supposed to!
By this time it was getting pretty late. So I took her home and I head back up to good 'ol GR. But what a fun night I had! It was ultra cool hanging out with her. I want to say, it is nice having female friends again. I had been a little short in that department as of late. I used to have 2 really close female friends, but we drifted apart.... So yea, thanks SG for having such cool members!!!!
Yea, so I got home too late to watch the season finale of The Shield. Thankfully, I had my VCR set. And I got to watch it today. Holy shit....... That's all I can say.... Next Season is going to be interesting.... Too bad it doesn't start 'till 2005!!!!!
Can I wait that long!?!?!?!?! I guess I have no choice!
Well that's about it for today! Only 2 more days 'till MissKaboom picks my ass up and our Cedar Point adventure begins!!!!

How is 'Glamorama'?? Ellis is an awesome writer, especially 'American Psycho'.
