so tonight was our first night of less, my new weekly at clique. it was fun. but frustrating.

first off, in walks this totally cute half-asian (i think) girl with awesome hair and nerdy glasses, my perfect woman right? and she walks right up to ian and gives him a hug and stuff so i'm thinking to myself, "sweet ian knows her, time to pour on the charm." when he introduces her, i'm busy mixing some records, but i over hear that she's gay. now don't get me wrong. i love gay people, i think they're some of the most free spirited people i've ever come in contact with and i only wish that sometimes i could be in their little club, but alas, i like girls way too much. but why this one? she was so cute! and really really fun and cool to talk to. she didn't stomp moving her body to the music all night. even if she was talking to someone, she was at least bobbing her head or kinda swaying. adorable! gah, frustrating.

meanwhile, lisa shows up, like i had invited her. which was fine. but she seemed to kind of ignore me. but i guess i WAS kinda busy mixing records and such, so maybe she just wasn't trying to bother me. who knows. i'm not worried.

and then emily shows up, which is nice, she's a good gal. but i didn't realize that she brought leah, a girl she's been trying to hook me up with. i was kinda nervous due to the lisa thing and the lesbian thing that i just kinda ignored emily and her friend until they left. i think she was trying to introduce us as they were leaving but all i could muster was a wave.
