what makes me happy?
drinking coffee and reading newspapers and stupid magazines on a very lazy sunday afternoon. with a hangover from some crazy night out, in a little cafe somewhere, and in the afternoon friends dropping by...it's raining outside, so we have to stay in... after the coffee we drink some beers, get a bit drunk, but soooo relaxed. Having a good meal and just have fun together.
that about sums it up for me

I just wasn't looking for magazines to publish my pics. I've got a surfing website and they called me. It's great to see your work in a magazine, but I just do photos for pure pleasure and not or the money. Of course I'm accepting the money... but it's not the point to me.
I'm going with Canon cams, EOS D10 for surfing and any other kind of action (I think I'll be buying the D30 whenever I can) and EOS 5 for everything else. I'm a B&W film freak!! And as for lenses, I'm using the Sigma 50-500 for surfing, and for portraits mainly the Canon 50mm 1.8... and a Sigma 15mm fisheye... I love to take pics of people with it!!!

Nah, I'm definitely staying in Amsterdam. Arnhem is only an hour by train which is basically the same time it takes me to get to school anyway. I'll be working at the Goudvishal from August 'til February. I hope you're doing well and I'll see you on Thursday! How was your family thing the other day? xxx
