I feel like Im heading towards a depression again. I dont know why and I dont know how to stop it. I feel bad. I hate this so much. Why cant I just be happy? Why is life such a struggle for me?

if you say you are afraid that it's coming back to you, just think of other, more fun an brighter things.
positive thought works, sometimes... just don't focus on depression.
