evalution

Still no internet here.... I'm at a friend's computer now.

I still have my ups and downs. I've been feeling pretty stressed-out lately because of ceveral things, but most of all because my therapy is ending soon and I'm not sure what I'm going to do after it. I'm a bit scared of the future, scared of relapses. Scared depressive feelings will take over again. I still have a couple of weeks to work on these things.

The sun is showing more now and that has a good effect on me. It's still too cold here for this time of the year, but as long as the sun shines and the birds are singing it's fine by me. I went to a goat farm in my neighbourhoud a couple of times in the last weeks to cuddle the baby goats and have a nice tour on my bike.

Today has been the first time this year I could sit outside without a coat on so I took out my hammock!
