I'm feeling bad. Today I heard that an old friend of mine killed himself. I hadn't spoken to him in years, but it still gets to me. Not only because of him, but also because I've had periods too that I felt I didn't want to live anymore. Somehow that feeling still knows to find me every now and then. Thinking about all the shit I went through makes me feel sad. Why do people have to suffer so much? And why are they often their own demons?
