Do you ever feel like you are destined for bigger and better things? This is where I'm at right now...career wise. I can't help but be irritated with myself most days, for giving up on the things I loved and enjoyed because I just needed a steady job to make money, and now here I am, 28 and seriously over it. Being responsible is overrated So now, I've made a promise to myself. In the next month I promise to write as much as possible. Short stories, songs, poems...Whatever comes into my head, I'm going to just write it down. And the next promise, is I will actually do something with the things I write.

In a perfect world, I'd love to start recording my own music. Can the world be perfect? Well, that remains to be seen I suppose, but I can't just keep going on in my day-to-day life the way I am. There comes a point when you realize that you are worth being able to so what you've always wanted to do. In my quest to be a "responsible" adult, I put aside the responsibility I had to myself to be truly happy. And that ends now. Life is too short, for lack of a better phrase.
