Day 5: I'm still standing strong. I have had zip, zero, & nada cigs in almost a week! Last night I had a few glasses of wine at Caitlin's place and I had a spiking urge but I pushed through it. She threw a few supportive words my way and five minutes later it had passed & I was feeling better. It's amazing how powerful the desire can be at times. It's as if my brain were a child having a temper tantrum. Not fun...
