So I was looking for a new place to live that I could afford when I go back to school full time. When I told my landlord he reduced my rent by $200 on the spot and said to keep him posted if there was anything else he could do to help me out in the future. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!!! I have never herd of such a thing! I have always love my apt. and now I love it even more!
