I am frustrated with school. When I am frustrated its hard to feel motivated. I cant follow the downward spiral though. I've got to pick myself up and just deal with it I suppose.

i believe frustration and school go hand in hand. i find it extremely hard to be motivated especially with all the homework. its so hard to just sit down and do it when i DONT WANNA DO IT. lol. basically the only thing you can do is what you said. deal with it. which sucks.
