Thirteen long hours and I am still alive and well.

I came back this morning from the most intense martial arts training session I've ever experienced to date. Learned some shaolin katas, tai chi, wudan... even some assassin type stuff. Really nifty.

There was also a heavy air of spiritualism to the event. We did a lot of meditation and even toured a Buddhist temple. It was rather neat to see and experience.

At the moment though, I'm incredibly tired. I expect I will be despite my nap this afternoon until I go to bed tonight.
