Sexually transmitted creativity.

I don't mean creativity that is passed on to a child, I mean a creative spark that lies dormant, and then is passed on to another sexual partner. That would be cool, because you only hear about the negative STD's, the clap, Hep, HIV, yedda, yedda. I guess orgasms are a good reward, but it would be a gamble, you could wake up the next day and it burns when you pee....or you feel a overwhelming urge to write a book.
