Just been thinking how fucking jaded i've become. How much bullshit i see through on a daily basis. Sometimes i do wish that i could view the world through a childs eyes again. Where everything is so new, every color, every shape, every sound, and every feeling.

All my arrows are shot at the sky.
Tied to the shaft, love letters and all my questions why.
But when they don't hit their lofty mark.
Its so far to fall, and is now forever dark.
How many times will this pheonix rise from the ashs?
How resilient is this spirit to the cuts and the slashs?
Is it all just a rhyme with no real reason?
Another day with my soul in open season?
Sinking in the river styx, i meet the reeper.
Only to have him tell me it gos even deeper.
Fighting on with blood, bone, and tooth.
My quest is never ending to find the truth.
Being in the lowest lows and on the highest highs.
I'm still here, with all my questions....why?
