I am tired. I did not sleep one wink last night. I am cooking dinner right now and after that it's bedtime.
I need to find some good new stuff to eat I am bloody sick and tired of the shite I have been putting in my body. I feel the need for a cleansing and a new start. I have felt this way for a long time but its just hard to find good things to eat that are affordable. Raman noodle soup is just not cutting it anymore. My problem is that I don't know what to eat. I wish there were some good health food stores in the area. So far the ones that I have been too have been sorely lacking when it comes to inspiring me. I miss Mother Earth Foods. Now that was a good store not only did it have every type of loose herb that I may want for my tea it had a huge selection of great food. It was all healthy and organic.
I am thinking of getting some sort of a flower tortilla wrapping to make some sort of a wrap with rice but what else can I put in it. Maybe some sort of a hummus or something of that nature.
