Oral arguments on Saturday.

I picked the wrong time to quit ingesting caffinated items.

I think I'll fix a mix or two before I send them out. I have been so lazy about this however.
I find myself becoming more fiscally conservative while staying socially liberal.
Everyone listen to Komeda.

Great line of the moment:
Whose impresario berates your perdition?
---
Just bought a bit more Guv'ner, Innocence Mission, and Big Sound Authority.
Additionally considering stealing brother's City Boy records.
---
I miss Pizzicato Five, I surely do.
I have such a huge portion of their catelogue to find that it will take me a great deal of effort, energy, and economic resources to listen...

palomine was 4AD? i thought it was matador. I prefer "Lamprey;"...hmmm, i think i'm going to put Ray Ray Rain on my next mix, what a great song. Did i tell you i went to 4AD and hung out with Vaughan Oliver for an afternoon?
linz:
i like the selections on your mix. i have never heard the "oblivious" song. is it worth a download?
I do not want to keep going.
I will stay right here.

The former entry was in regards to reading Constitutional Law.
Anyhow, since I have some money let us play:
Suggest a band.
I would like to find something new to listen to but am rather lazy and do not want to scour the world looking for anything.
I may, someday, hold a...

Re: Kathy Bates: She's what Jack Nicholson would be getting if he wasn't famous. Not strippers and pre-pubescent girls -- oh, I mean, Lara Flynn Boyle.
I had some sort of weird asthma attack last night.
I discovered I'm addicted to breathing.

I'm really upset about the film festival, actually. It was so good once...
Oh well. Everything has to die, right?

I know this is awefull, (but I'm not a big fan of cat power) I just wanna know if she's really cute or not. I haven't decided yet.
Yesterday I had this idea.
It is a recurring idea, one that will not go away.
I wanted to stop talking to people.
I wanted to cut everyone off and be by myself.
I did that once, for around a week. I did not talk to anyone, visit anyone, or go to class.
I just stayed in my room and unhooked everything.

My ideal game would be with both pitchers going the full nine innings and having it won 1-0 on a sac fly in the bottom of the ninth. Home runs bore me. I love triples, stolen bases, great defense, and great pitching.
How is life in Sacramento? I am considering moving there. Most of the grad schools I am looking at are in California and it would be nice to move out and establish residency before going. I want to live in a bigger city, but I don't think I could live in the LA area. So I'm thinking Sacramento since everything that I have heard about San Francisco is that it is super expensive.

My misgivings about Moore include that 1) he sometimes manipulates audio/video for his viewpoint, i.e. edits in a deceitful way (I wish I could think of the best example. My friend Jimmy would be able to remind me. We discussed such an incident a few months ago.) and he sometimes reaches for metaphors that aren't there. I appreciate his good parts, though. I think Roger & Me is stronger than Bowling...the race stuff seems like clutching at straws rather than relevance. But I found parts of Bowling very moving.
As for the above comment, long rallies are ALWAYS more interesting than home runs. A home run is fine in the middle of a rally, but an inning where your team gets a home run, one or two hits, and don't apply themselves in any other way (no steals, hit n run, etc) is a boring inning. However, I think 1-0 is a little too low-scoring for me...then again, I watch some soccer...
...oh, the one exciting home run in of itself is the 9th or extra-inning winner for the home team. Those, I admit, I like.

Alfred Ely Beach
Beach's Bizarre Broadway Subway
Contrary to popular belief the Interborough Rapid transit (IRT) subway line, which began operation in 1904, was not New York City's first public underground transportation system. The original Manhattan line actually ran under Broadway as early as 1870, following one of the most outlandish engineering operations the city has known.

Hey, thanks so much for the law info! I also like your "fantasy", that's hilarious. You can do it! Well, really you must do it. The only thing worse than law school is making it through 2/3rds of law school without a JD, so get on it, yo! Easier said than done. I am quite the slacker myself so I understand your situation. Also, funny enough I sucked on the LSAT too and got the same score- which explains my pile of denials over the past 2 years, ha ha.
But thanks for all the info. Get off the computer and read some boring law shit now, ha ha

I did not know Monday was a Federal Holiday.
We only get two of the non-major holidays off: Memorial Day and Martin Luther King Day.
Other than two days for Thanksgiving and that blessed week known as finals crunch/panic week... er Spring Break, we always go to class.
I'm so out of the loop.

The characteristics of international delinquencies range from committing actions within sovereign territory even if defending vital interests or security, to causing damage to anothers territory even with the other nations consent. Id. 1949 I.C. J. at 24 (individual opinion of Judge Alvarez). Even though interdependence theory does state that the responsibility of a state may be limited, it qualifies that limitation by saying that certain...

So, a law student, eh? What year? Where? Tell me everything. I'm hoping to get my ass off to law school in the fall. Just waiting on letters.......boo. I've gotten about 20 denials and one acceptance in the past 2 years.

I've got to--for the first time ever in my life--testify before the Texas legislature on Thursday about child abuse legislation I want passed (long story). That's about two pots of coffee a day to you and me...
I just had my international advocacy finals. I took the course to make sure I did not get a professor who does not like me.
