Which one?
The Honda Metropolitan
or the Yamaha Vino
Their specs and cost are about the same...the Vino's MSRP is $50 more and it has a 2-stroke engine (whatever that means) which I'm told makes it more fun (whatever /that/ means).
Or, for an extra $1100, I could get The Stella
which comes highly recommended but just seems kinda BIG. You can't park it on the sidewalk. Then again, you can drive it on the highway......
