Who says customer service is dead? Well, for the most part, I believe that...but, dude, I just got a voicemal from the lady at my post office. I went in to get a change of address form the other day because out PO Box is about to run out, and she called to say that she was putting mail in my box and realized she gave me the wrong kind of form and to call her directly if I had any questions. Awww.

ps: why does the boy spend more time in the shower than I do? Doesn't he want to learn to ride a scooter?
