Ok so I am finally breaking through the 287 pound mark. Looks like I will be around 284 for the final weigh in of our biggest loser contest. 40 pounds down total, but I am going to lose by about 7-8 pounds. I should have the biggest loss but not the highest percentage.
So I am going to Florida to see relatives and then Voss the end of April. let's make it a super party!
My cardiac stress test results came back and I am perfectly healthy. No issues with the ticker. They said no blockage at all and everything was even better then expected. I see the doc in 2 weeks and will get new test results to see if the blood sugars are under control and see if my bad cholesterol and good and the good better LOL.
I shaved off the beard. Everyone says I look like 10 years younger. People I just met this week put me at 30-32 too bad May 1 I will be 43 LOL
New tattoo soon and I got a paw print (wolf ) tattoo on the left calf for charity. Pic is in attachments I think.
The nips were re-peirced and are doing well. I am psyched!
