Ok so last Friday we started the Biggest Loser cotest at work. 13 people $100 each winner take all high percentage of weight lost. I was in Toronto Friday so I could not weigh in fore the start and thus lost a few days but I weighed in Monday at 324.8. Today we had our week 1 weigh ins and I was at 315.2 9.6 pounds. Not bad. Not the highest percent ( some folks lost 8 pound ) but defintely a huge week which if I can maintain a pace similar will put me in the running. Lots of veggies and fruits and lean meats. Tomorrow I have a chance to start working out again.

Anyone want to offer a motivational prize if I drop a certain amount of weight?
