I haven't updated in a while and sorry to those I haven't replied. I have been out of commission for a bit. But I am sick of seeing that old post and I am feeling better so here is an update;

I have been sick for 6+ weeks and had surgery. The whole thing sucked the major donkey balls but I am feeling better now.

I am taking Genusvetenskap this spring, basically that translates into genders studies. Sadly I am a bit behind now due to illness but other than that it's quite amusing albeit very biased towards a Marxist perspective.

I am running for office; a spot in Lunds Samhllsvetarkr krfullmktige. Basically it's a spot in the group that leads the "kr" which is an organization that is supposed to protect student interests and mine focuses on students studying "societal" subjects. This is the first time I actually run for office, I really no nothing about how to run in a race like this because it was a spur of the moment sort of deal. But even if I don't get elected I have decided to become more active in the political side of the "kr". It's right up my ally and it may be the last time I get an opportunity like this. Since...

I might have to move away to some other EU country after next year due to the Bologna process mess. Hepp.

I finally put an ad out for help with my horse, nobody has replied yet though, I may have to give up my request for financial assistance. I used to share her with my sister and although I have a lot of help she needs to be ridden much more. I also work my butt of to support her and hence don't have time to be with her. It's a vicious circle.

In other news; oh happy day I am allowed to have a dog! The man who cleans my apartment finally relented. Too bad the kind of dog I want is way out of my league budget wise right now and seeing as I might have to move to another country it's probably not realistic at the moment. My heart still aches for a puppy, I never realized how lonely I would be without one.

Cupcakes are yummy, true story. But in Sweden people insist on calling cupcakes muffins even when they clearly aren't, its just wrong I tell you.
