Do what you want. Be who you want to be. The only difference among those who bitch about the state of their lives are the level of their commitment to do something about it. Don't come whine to me that America sux and politicians are all corrupt assholes then tell me you don't vote 'cause your vote doesn't count. If every dumbass who said that to me had voted in 2000 it would have been impossible for the Supreme Court to ignore the fact that Gore clearly won the popular vote. That or we could have legitimized the Green Party by getting Nader the 5% he needed.
If you don't like shit the way it is, take some action. From something as banal as VOTING to writing your reps and the prez on a regular basis. Buy a gun and shoot a CEO (remember, extremists who shoot abortion doctors are concidered heros among some). Build a bomb and hit the nearest McDonald's or Starbucks (preferably past lock-up). Or simply RUN FOR OFFICE. With some districts (small town America) not even having canidates for many offices, anyone who gets on the ballot is assured a win, regardless of platform or affiliation.
