errant

Bored, bored, bored ... BORED.

I have about another two months of sitting around and doing poxy exercises to get the muscles in the lower half of my body working again.

I didn't know this but apparently when muscles are cut they simply stop working (to reduce the pain) .. so if you have an operation where they're sliced through you have to kind of "kick start" them again.

I'm obviously thrilled by this as several of the exercises involve looking very stupid.

In other news .. the Monkey and I are going to the Gameslive exhibition in London in a couple of months time.

This definetely passes as fun in my books and is going to be much more exciting then the aforementioned sitting around on my arse.
