err

Ok so its been a little over three months since i quit smoking and im still bitting my nails half way down to the cuticles every day. Haven't stabbed any one yet, but the day is not over. I guess that one of the up sides to smoking is you would just taste smoke all day long. Now i have to taste all the crappy food that they serve us at work. And when im drinking the entire night before you have that alchohol taste in your mouth most of the day after. Bleh. No one ever says anything about the good points of smoking, only the bad. No real point to starting up again after this long though.
