Wow. My birthday is tomorrow. Where has time gone? I can not believe I will be 32! This year I want this birthday to be different. Special even. For this birthday I have a wish that I want to come true. I want to be able to walk again.

Well, like yourself I have a dreams and goals that I want to achieve. One such dream involves the ability to do something most people take for granted. I would love to be able to walk outside and play with my stepson. I would like to take a stroll and hold hands with my fiance. I want to have the chance to WALK again! How can you help with this you ask? Well, the answer is simple.
There is this new assistive device for Cerebral Palsy patients who experience drop foot like myself called the "WALKAIDE STIMULATION SYSTEM." This is great news. I immediately called my doctor and the company where I get my orthotic equipment hoping to get one. However, as usual my insurance will not pay for it. It costs $4000 dollars. Having this would improve my walking ability immensely. I have been confined to a wheelchair for four years now. Walking again would be a dream come true. Help me make this dream a reality.
