I am so frustrated. I love selling Avon and I am good at it. However, there is more to my job than just selling it. I also have to sign people up to sell as well. This has become an impossible feat. I can not find anyone girl or guy or wants to sell it. I have offered to pay start up fees, give free gifts, gift cards, and everything imaginable and nothing works. I am trying to advance my title to Advanced Unit Leader. To do this, I have to make two people who sell under me Unit Leaders. This requires them to have five people selling under them. I am close with one person, but I need two. I am just so frustrated.
