My name is Virginia, but my friends call me Jenny. I am 30 years old and I have Cerebral Palsy. I do not let my disability from stopping me from living an ordinary life. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and I am currently in a graduate program at the University of Phoenix hoping to obtain an MAED degree and teach college someday. I am a self published author of poetry and a stepmother to a wonderful four year old. My life seems perfect, but life is not always a bowl of cherries. I have constant muscle spasms, so of which are quite painful. This causes me to rely on heavy medication for the rest of my life. I do not complain however.

About a week ago, I found out that my insurance would not pay for me to get a new portable wheelchair. It is main source of transportation. The one I am currently using is rusted, the wheels are warped, the arm padding is coming off, and the feet pedals are bent. Sadly, I can't afford a new portable chair. Please help me get the funds to buy a new chair....
