I'll try to keep everything in order but the jist is this: I went to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally this year with my Uncle. I can't even put in to words how amazing the trip was. We spent the first weekend of the rally in Sturgis itself (Aug 2-4) and then we did a 4 day road trip through Wyoming (Big Horn Mountains) to the edge of Yellowstone and then up to Montana (Bears Tooth Pass). Finally we swung back around to the top of the Big Horns to stay at an amazing little lodge. The altitude kinda got to me but it was still a great night. The following day we arose and prepped to ride back to Sturgis so that we could spend Thursday night (Aug 8) in Sturgis. This was our last night in there which I spent at Easyriders Saloon listening to some great music (and enjoying some beer) in the rain. Couldn't have spent a better last night. Friday was a long haul back to Oakes, ND (my Uncles home) and the end to my Sturgis experience.
