What a great way to start a new season! A 2-1 over what has turned out to be a pretty difficult team to beat. Last season they weren't this tough so we took them kinda lightly until they scored within the first 45 seconds of the game! After that though, we just pressed and pressed until our 2 goals came and then we kept the pressure up. Outside of their one goal, I don't feel that they had many decent scoring opportunities. Thank goodness we came together as a team instead of the crap that we started the game with!

Nutloaf is basically meatloaf but made with crushed up nuts instead of meat. You have it with gravy and roast vegetables. It's fantastic cold weather food, and it's also nice cold, sliced up in sandwiches.

Bf has been a vegetarian for over 10 years. I just sort of fell into it by living with him and eating what he eats, being respectful of his lifestyle, so it's still fairly new to me - like 7-8 months or so? I was never much for meat anyway so it's pretty easy.
I'm not strict or militant about it though! When I visit people and they cook for me, if they serve meat I'll eat it (and enjoy it :oink
, whereas he wont. I also suffer from iron deficiencies a lot easier than he does, even taking supplements, so I might have a burger or something occasionally to help with the anaemia.
