Not bad.  If I ruled the world I'd only need two laws.  1.) I would declare all governments and rulers illegitimate and as such I would abolish all governments and rulers from this point on.  Let them earn their paychecks honestly in the private sector.  2.)  As Ruler of the World, I would fire myself, as I don't want to rule anything.  3.)  (This isn't a law)  I would celebrate the new world of human freedom by getting shitfaced drunk and passing out on my stairs.  La victoire!
