Even though I've never laid eyes on Frank Darabont's famously unproduced script for Indiana Jones 4, I can't help but think it was a dunderhead move for George Lucas to chuck it at the eleventh hour in favor of a different take, to the horror of both Darabont and director Steven Spielberg. I just saw the movie. AMAZING. I was lucky enough to visit the set of the Green Mile when they were doing location shots in Tennessee. It was one of the coolest experiences of my life. I wish I'd been able to visit this set too. Fucking awesome flick.

that is a good interview with Frank. I had the pleasure of working with him back in 1995 and I found him to be an extremely creative genius mind and a good to work with. Frank's talents are pretty much limited only by time, he is an amazing guy. Steven King does write some amazing stories but without the imagination, vision and hard work ethics of Frank Darabont we would not have that "real life" experience of these stories. I would love to see them collaborate on a series.

Good call on Atonement as the number 1 movie of the year. Not many people I've spoken to have seen it; one of those who had thought it was incredibly boring (I'm guessing because there were no explosions, because you know that's what makes something interesting....)

In many ways, Coheed and Cambria might as well be from outer space. The bands latest album, Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume Two: No World for Tomorrow, wraps up an ambitious four-album, sci-fi story cycle, complete with corresponding graphic novels. Throw in some extraordinary stage...

The bands latest album, Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume Two: No World for Tomorrow, wraps up an ambitious four-album, sci-fi story cycle, complete with corresponding graphic novels. Throw in some extraordinary stage design and it's easy to get so wrapped in the mythology surrounding Coheed that you forget theyre...

For some, every waking day is one blue or red pill closer to living in a George Orwell-esque dystopic nightmare. For others, we're already there, as artists trying to create in a world that's erased the lines between fiction and nonfiction, and as Rob Sonic might say, a world where the future has...

Back in March 2003, drummer Fred Hell was shot four times during a home invasion, forcing him to go through a lengthy recovery process that included re-learning his instrument. For your average rockers, a tragedy like this...
