Yesterday I actually forayed into the real world and met some normal kids with Reagan. When I went home, I gave Reagan a hug and then turned heel to take off, and someone called me out - "what you're not going to say goodbye? we're not as cool as Reagan so we don't count or something?" and I was shocked for a second to think that I could be rude like that. I just didn't think that anybody else would care if I left or not...

You know ... I am sure you didn't do it to be rude, you just didn't know them like you do Reagan. Maybe they were just being sarcastic, but saying that to someone you really don't know just kind of comes off ... well ... kind like they are being assholes. I don't know them and was not there and maybe they were kidding, I am just going by what you wrote out.

I mean, it's not like you knew these people all that well, and like you said, you just met them. I find someone calling you out and making a comment like that far wors then just not saying anything at all.

... but to be honest, I would have understood if they just said "what you're not going to say goodbye"... but they added "we're not as cool as Reagan so we don't count or something". I would have felt that was way worse then you not saying bye to people you don't really know.

I could be wrong but that's just my 2 cents.
