Some of the animals outside my window sound really strange. I think they are cats, but they are cats with terrible meows in that case..... Does a skunk make a noise?

Now that I think about it, why are the animals they teach you in those animal songs so lame?
Cats, horses, dogs, pigs, we get enough exposure to those animals to understand what they sound like. Unfortunately I have no idea what sound an alligator makes, though I'm positive I have heard the sound before.

On the other hand, the songs that Erin speaks of are a subtle way of teaching evolution in the schools...Oh, if I could talk to the animals?
