You need to drop what you're doing right now, make your way out to the local comics shop and grab a copy of Ande Parks' CAPOTE IN KANSAS from Oni Press. It's a fictional account of Truman Capote's experiences in Kansas whilst researching IN COLD BLOOD and it's easily one of the best graphic novels I've read in a long while. If your funnybook store doesn't have it, try www.khepri.com.

There's nothing WRONG with Meltdown, persay. It's a good toy store. They have some rad indie stuff I can't find a lot of places, but all in all I prefer the Golden Apple.

Capote In Kansas was sold out of both stores. Not like I walked away empty handed, though. Poor impulse control.

less of a hassle indeed. i'd rather get my wisdom teeth removed than park on melrose; i parked at the wrong end yesterday at 715, the parking spot was only until 8. i dont remember if i've ever "power walked" in my life before then.
