Argh. Another weekend wasted. Barely did any of my homework. Luckily I don't have drawing class this week, and 2 of my classes involve lots of reading but no writing so I think I can BS in class.

My logo semi-job is finally starting to catch up to me. I now have 7 logos to work on, a couple of them are a few weeks old though and I really need to finish those. Don't want to start a reputation for being a procrastinator. So far the band names I'm going to work with are Hideous. Lamort. Bohemian Grove, Facehugger, Meatcleaver and, the one I'm the most excited about, False Hope. Check out here and click the media section, it's got a link to their mp3's. I heard about these guys a couple weeks before they sent me a message abou doing a logo, and was already very impressed. These guys sound awesome.

Anyways, what's a busy guy to do but write random poems in his journal? Looks like I'm up for doing exactly that:

Reach every single level of importance and brevity
I'm loving certain moments of the day
Where the sunlight filtering through the cracks in the wall seems so real
That it could almost be solid
I look forward to crawling along the cockroach littered floor
To a room that's exponentially cleaner
Devoid of rodents or commercial waste
Pure new forms
Cheap new linen glory
A chrysanthemum pokes it's head through the wooden floor
And begins to bloom
It needs less light to live than I need to make my way to my bed
As if it needed more than it's mere existence to impress me
Hopefully this dust filled air will find the time to coat my lungs
And make me as filthy as my dreams in this shed
If anything, I'm trying to sleep
