Ok, I have my first listing. It is a cute townhouse that needs some work. The seller had it on the markert for 90 days before and no buyers. So she wanted a different agent and she got me. I bring excitement to her and she is loving it. 
It has been on the market since this pass Friday 1 Jun, and already 3 buyers have looked at it, and one of the buyers wants to see it again. I love real estate. I enjoy assisting people with their dreams, and watch it all come true. If I can change someones life for the better, that makes me feel good. I always put my clients needs first. I don't fluff shit, I give you straight talk. You might not like all you hear but at least you know that I will be truthful and up front with you.
