I need busy days. They keep my mind off of the shit that's fucking my brain up.

Today is a good, busy day.

Gonna start hanging with a new workout buddy. Take a good, long walk, start getting into even better shape.

Once I recover from that, it's time to put in the new Dishwasher.

LATER, I head into San Francisco to meet up with a couple friends. It's nipple piercing day, so one will be my hand holder while the other takes pictures.

Then the hand holder & I are going to have dinner & go see Star Trek.
