OK, I could just cry. On my 3rd hard drive in just over a week, I'm forced to surrender. I managed to lose over 30,000 words on my NaNoWriMo novel, leaving me with my initial 1,059 words. and it's just waaaaaay too late to start over.

You have to start backing things up on a removable CD right away when you start back on the novel... And maybe on two CDs.
I get the office new computers in this weekend. And I just saw the Sonys I really wanted for the office, I needed two, for 1K less for the total package. Sooooooo pisssed

The movie's initially a short film. It will be going on the festival circuit this coming year in effort to raise the $$ it'll take to turn it into a feature-length film. God, I hope it works!
OK, I'm really getting tired of this "computer crashes, I re-install, computer crashes again" shit. It's getting fuckin annoying.

Politics should never come between friends. I live in theDC area. I am friends with the Liddys, the Mondales, the Carters, the Cheneys and used to party with John John. I know it sounds f***ed up but they are all friends too.

I found out yesterday that my Dad has Prostate Cancer. It's in the early stages, so they think that 38 days of radiation will do the trick.

that is scary news, but good thing they caught it early! my dad had cancer, twice, but he is good as new now. somehow it gives me faith in medicine, even though Kaiser is satan.
