Time for a random update, cause it has been a while.
Lets see, since the last update I got to 3 shows: unearth, bleeding through, and job for a cowboy. All great shows, thoroughly enjoyed myself at all 3. I probably won't be seeing another til the cool tour and summer slaughter in july and august respectively. I do think the cool tour is on the same day as my G roadtest, which will be a nice little pick-me up or celebration depending on how I do.
April was a rough month, fuck group projects. I recently learned most of the people in my program are dumb as shit and can't write for beans, I fear for the field of forensics when they graduate. Had to deal with a group deciding to redo a 40% project the night before cause they didn't like the way I set out something, so I ditched them and went it alone, fucking idiots. Been working solidly since April 1st to April 23 (the last day of exams). Social life suffered but everyone else I know was busy working so they all suffered. On the 23rd of April a friend accompanied me so I could see Kick-ass and then proceeded to have her continuous 2 month breakdown over a boy she dated and then slept with and then he proceeded to dump her all within the span of a month. Suffice to say, glad I'm home.
I doubt I will be able to find a job yet again, this doesn't surprise me as I busy almost non-stop busy in ptbo so no time to look and I have done a ton of applying in Toronto. My girl-hunt has been put on hold for now, I'll see about asking some people out when I get back in the fall, but I'm not terribly concerned with that kinda crap these days. Spent the damn day fixing the results of what I can assume is an electrical disturbance following whatever weather that hit Toronto on saturday that managed to kill the modem, router, and all connecting ethernet ports. Still gotta buy/find some more ethernet cards and since I think this will be the year I'll update the comp as it is 5 years old and doing weirdshit and is also showing its age and is not performing well.
Managed to get outta that nightmare of a house in ptbo, away from those useless shits. Partially moved into my new place on saturday, so I'm all sore and broken from doing that. Thanks to my moronic university I have no idea where I'll be doing summer studies still, if they can get off their asses it will be at UofT. I plan on looking at a guitar place out where I live to see about prices and such. Today I also signed up at Xtreme Couture so I can do some fitness and workout training, I will be assessed tomorrow so I can get a nice little plan together so I can work towards benching others.
Twas my birthday last week, nothing really happened due to all my friends being at their respective homes in different cities. There are a few things I know I still need to get round here (like the new red and black etnies metal mulisha shoes) but I'm pretty content, insides always behave better when I'm home.
Currently it is not looking good for this account when renewal time comes around, seeing how I only really talk to 2 cool people, don't have the time to peruse the galleries, and don't seem to have any people on this site in peterborough. I also simply don't have the time during the school year, we'll see how it goes though.
