So much room for activities !!!
Slowly started the gym and small weight, so happy about that. A great journey ahead of me to lose the pound I putted on while in recovery. But the motivation is high which is good.
You cant think of what its like to not have the ability to use your arm and how much stuff you were doing with it in the first place. I was lucky to be ambidextrous so it wasn't too bad, but living alone isn't the best when you lose the use of one of your limb :)
All in the past now and focusing on the future, gym gym gym. Cant wait to do some dip and pull up. !
