alright me children of doom?!?!?!?
today im pretty chilled with things... shit is pretty good...
been gettin pretty fucked off with my band recently, or rather real frustrated, we aint played a gig in a good few weeks now, and because of bass player problems our jams aint been great.... or rather the ones without him have been fine, fairly creative, just lackin bass...
anyhow, hes leavin us anyhow, so the search for a new bassist is on....
we had a cool jam yesterday, some new shit is workin out pretty good, and the last couple of days have brought in mail for more gigs in the very near future... man thats what its about , right fuckin there, thats what all the work and annoyin times and frustration at organisin 4 real busy folk and all the other shit that goes with it is for, sweatin n bleedin OUR tunes in front of a crowd. i need my fookin fix!!!!
so weve set some short term goals, cd printin/t shirts, gettin in the studio... n im feelin alright about it agin!!
im so bored with edinburgh its unreal, ive got some really cool friends here, and most the time i like my work, but right at this very moment my only commitment here is the band, so when that aint goin well, my boots start wantin to wander a little......ha ha (u readin this boys ha ha)_
