--some kind of ickiness that has caused a sore throat and a low fever, all day yesterday and looks like today as well. no sneezing or runny nose. slept like shit.

(maybe there will be nyquil in the mix tonight.)

--echinacea drops (YUCK!!!!)

--ibuprofen

--throat coat tea

--claritin-D

--coconut sorbet

--OJ (is this starting to rhyme?)

can't think of anything else

watched the movie "Gia"...really good, ms jolie can really act. in my opinion. which, as we all know, means nothing...

big thunderstorm all night. loud thunder! loudloudloud. usually i sleep really solidly through t-storms, but not last night. and was up earlier than usual for no reason: 4am.




oh and p.s., that's an old picture, from about a year ago--maybe 2? but i thought the heavy eye bags describe my sore throat well.
