know what's not broken? me. i swam 2500 this morning. i'll break it down for you, since i know you're dying to know:
1000 warm up (500 free, 300 breast, 200 free)
4 X [ 50 fly (yeah, boy), 50 free, 200 kick breast]
1 X 50 fly (total: 250 fly for today)
100 pull free w/paddles
50 free w/paddles (no pullbuoy)
50 breast w/paddles (ahhh, the stretch, yummm)
alll done in one hour ten minutes, and home by 9am.
Boo.

So what's the dealio with women? They seemingly only come around in droves, and then you have to pick and choose. Is she the right choice? Is she the intelligent choice? It's not to say that I don't like having "options", but it just makes things difficult.
