so at the pool today, these 2 spanish speaking women were asking me (in english) about some of my swimming gear. and they were very grateful for the help. then one of them asked me if i spoke spanish, and i said "a little..." which is a bit of an understatement, but not much...and she hands me a pamphlet (in spanish) about the bible. she said, "i'd like you to have this, because we believe in a better life," or something like that. i shook my head and said "no thank you," and when i said "have a good day!" on my way out, they ignored me.

i have yet to witness an actual v masking. but hopefully next weekend we will primp together. i joked and told him that well paint eachothers toenails....he didnt seem completely against it!
i am going to call him now to keep him company on his long drive. any messages?
