back in the pool. 3 x 800 (2400m). had a very narcissistic dream last night. not sure what to make of that.

the cold is gone. the bruises are healing. the hand is all better. gonna be a good week.

p.s. just found this on the boards and haven't watched them all yet but OH MY GOD they are worth downloading...
