I have exercised everyday so far this week. I feel like I should get a reward!! tongue Yesterday I actually worked out twice even....I hate how it takes so long to get results with diet and exercise. I think it's a rip-off and it makes me mad

On to brighter things....the weather today was one of the reasons why I live in San Diego biggrin

i always check the "white/caucasian" box on all of those forms to cut down the confusion. they never seem to have one that says "mixed ethnicity" on any of the ones i've had to fill out. you'd think that they'd assume that a lot of people are mixed.

i loathe exercising. i know i should exercise to compensate for my love of food, but it's so hard to make myself do it. i don't believe in diets. i'm a total slut for good food that's bad for me.
