well the headache comes and goes now, which is better than it being here constantly, so thats good news.

bad news is that i barely slept at all, meaning the insomnia is not yet gone.

i just got home from work. i think i will take a nap now, but i will leave you with a haiku that i wrote yesterday (mind you i dont follow the strict formal guidlines of writng haikus)
