Oh boy, I had a busy, but fun weekend. I had one day off this last week and I ended up running my self into the ground!
Labor Day was great. I put together a going away party for one of my friends who I work with who transferred to a different store. I steamed up some mussels, had burgers and braughts. Drank fresh moheatoes and lots of beer, and went swimming. I can't believe I didn't sink to the bottom of the lake.
OK, I'm not a very political person, and I find myself getting involved in political debates with my friends and coworkers. I'm trying to find out where I stand (demacrat/republican). This doesn't mean that I'll always vote for a pres based on what side I choose, but rather their character and integrity. I know it's going to take a while to find the answers to my questions, which I need to find on my own, without being harassed by either side. I know I'm not making any sense, I rarely do.
And if you comment by saying anything along the lines of "you should be a democrat because Bush sucks," or "you should be a republican because democrats don't know what their doing half the time" Shut the hell up! I'm looking for specifics, not general bullshit people shout out because their so damn emotional about some current event they don't have all the facts about!
